The pilot was a few years too early, and if there is one place that Diana belongs, it's on the big screen. The world is kind of funny the way it ends up working out, and Pascal might not have ended up on Game of Thrones in 2014, which was his breakout performance if that Wonder Woman pilot was picked up. I'm not sure, but it is sort of like an anecdotal thing that completely flew past them. They must have either not have known or not cared. It didn't actually occur to me, which is kind of crazy.
